Mac PowerPoint 2011: How Do I Never See that Calibri Fonts Ever Again

I never want to use the Calibri font. Even when I set up a template
that uses fonts I prefer, Calibri has an annoying habit of cropping
up. For example, when I use the Text Box, I always get Calibri. Yes, I
set up a template without this offending font.

I even want to stop giving this font top billing in the font drop-down
list.

Please help me kill the Calibri font and get control over my
presentations.
