Mac to PC jpg attachments

When I send an attachment from my Mac using OS 10.2.8 the recipient on PC
(using outlook express, windows 2000 I expect) gets the message "OE removed
access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail".

What can I do to send a suitable 'safe' attachment?

Hi Andrew!

The jpg attachment you're sending is safe.

While in OE, go to Tools --> Options... --> Security and uncheck "Do not
allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus."
