The Windows shortcuts are F6 (Next Pane or Frame), Shift+F6 (Previous Pane
or Frame), Ctrl+F6 (Next Window) and Ctrl+Shift+F6 (Previous Window), where
Ctrl + Commmand. These may be Word-specific. Alt+Tab works generally across
Windows (not just within Word).

Wow, what a pain. On my mac, that works out to command-function-F6, not an
easy keyboard shortcut. It sure would be nice if they'd use the universal
shortcut for Mac instead of their own variant.
You can assign any keyboard shortcut you want: Tools | Customize |
Keyboard... In the Window category, find Next Window and assign the desired
shortcut.
