Macbook pro Entourage 2008 not connected

HI

have 3 Macbook LT 2 macbook and 1 macbook pro.

the 3 Macbooks are running Leopard and Microsoft office for mac 2008. configure Entourage 2008 to work with OWA with the 2 Macbooks its working fine but with the Macbook pro its keep saying Not connected. double check the configuration and firewall all incoming connection allow also reset the user password to see if it change something but nothing happened.

entourage not giving any error or something just Not connected i cant see where is the problem is.

can some one familiar with this problem and why its happened only with Macbook Pro.

created a new profile and is work fine until i updated any software. thanks

There must be something wrong in the settings. Try deleting the account
in Entourage and re-creating it from scratch.
Usually, Excahnge uses either port 80 (non secure) 443 (SSL) or some
other custom port, but it rarely is a problem with a firewall.

You don;t need to connect through VON, do you??

It could also be a DNS issue. You might want to try entering the IP of
the server instead of it's regular address.
