Machine went down, project is permanently "checked out"

My machine went down while I was working on a published project plan.
Now, when I attempt to edit it, update it, or delete it, Project Server
tells me "Project Server cannot delete the project. The project is
checked out."

How do I "uncheck it out?"

Dear slippy,

Start Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Manager
Expan the tree to reach Project Server database
Expand tables and reach MSP_PROJECTS table and open it
search the row of the checked out project
Set the value of the field PROJ_CHECKEDOUT field from 1 to 0 (ZERO)

Regards
Jerry
