Macro and Bookmark

I have a macro that would insert a formatted set of of bookmark as shown belo

Title 1 -
SubTitle 1 -
SubTitle 1 -
Lists

Now I want to write a macro so that when another set of bookmars is inserted, it would automatically rename the bookmarks a
Title 2 -
SubTitle 2 -
SubTitle 2 -
Lists

Any direction/tip would be greatly appreciated
