Macro and Style Gallery

Hi;

I am creating a macro that will bring some customized
heading styles into the current document. I'm storing the
styles in a template. Should I use the Organizer or Style
Gallery? I'm using Word 2002 and 03.

The Style Gallery has not been very reliable in the past,
but I've tried it both ways and I'm having problems with
the numbering in the styles coming over correctly when I
use the Organizer. When I use the Style Gallery, they
seem to be fine. Can anyone comment? Thanks much.

The Organizer doesn't copy the list templates involved so yes, it
won't copy the number formats. Haven't mucked with the StyleGallery
enough to answer for certain for you.

Hi Word,

I've tested and it seems you can copy the list templates involved if you've created list styles for them and copy those across with the Organizer, as well.
