"does not work " is the worst decription we see in the newsgrops. People
who need help should invest a bit more time to explain what is going on.
Was there an essage error; no message but unusal behaviour; nothing happens
but the document seems to work normally; what are the Word versions involved,
etc.
Nevertheless, here are a few avenues you can investigate:
Your security is set to Medium, how about that of the people you are sending
the form to?
Do these people realize that if their security is set to Medium, that they
have to activate the macros when asked to do so?
Are these people actually dowloading the form from their email client (good)
or are they trying to run the document from within their email cleint (bad)?
Are you sending a form you created from your template (a *.doc from a *.dot)
or are you actually sending the *.dot to them?
That's all I can think of for now...!
