macro button in a template

I have created a template for others in my group to use. Part of the template is a macro to restart numbering, which I have placed on a toolbar. How can I make sure that the macro button appears on the user's toolbar when they open the template? I'm using Word 2002, others use Word 2000.

You have to make sure that the toolbar and its buttons are all put there in
your template, not saved to normal.dot. See
