Macro button on Word 2000

I am working on a project with Word 2000 vba and Windows XP.

I have a graphic that I want to use as the button.

Is there any way that I can upload the graphic into Word and use it as
a button?
I know that they have custom buttons you can draw, but would prefer
that I use the
existing graphic so I don't have to draw it again.
