Macro Button Toolbar Item missing in Project 2002 Std

I downgraded from Project 2002 Pro to 2002 Std because I did not need the
Project Server access.

To create macro buttons in the toolbar, there was a toolbar item that I
could add to my toolbar that allowed me to create a button and then customize
it Assign Macro and change the button image.

I've searched all through the customize toolbar options and cannot find that
Button toolbar item. Is that only available in 2002 Pro?

Views menu / toolbars / customize
Scroll down to "All macros"
Drag to a toolbar
Modify as required.

This is in project 2002 standard.
