Macro code for printing first page only

I use Outlook 2003 and often print only the first page of HTML emails - by
selecting the appropriate print range button.

I know the options for automating printing in Outlook are very limited, but
is it possible to write a short macro which would do the above in one click
rather than having to select the appropriate button manually every time
please?
