Macro Delay

I've running one macro to run a second macro repeatedly. But the macro is
running too fast! I was hoping to slow it down to maybe run every 10-30
minutes.

I'm stumped out of ideas on this one.

I don't know about timing a MACRO, but you could create a FORM with a timer
duration and have the macro run as the timer event. Or have code run on the
timer event.

You would have to keep the form open (you could make it invisible if you
don't want to see it.)
