macro digital signature lost 2003 sp1

I am getting:
"The macros in this file do not match the digital signature. Only a macro
virus would cause this. Please scan for viruses, and notify the publisher of
this document. Macros will be disabled."
This seems similar to a problem documented in a May 7 hotfix:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;839639
which seems to say it's fixed in SP1. File is in Visio 2002 format. I am
the creator and signer of the file. Norton most recent version does not find
a virus in it and I am confident there is none. I worked with it with no
problems for several days in 2003 before this occurred.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Thanks.
Paul
