Macro for recognising words in a string, then highlighting

Hello all,

i am wondering if it possible to have a macro recognise specific words in a segment of text, and then highlight them?? The list of words would be in a separate doc or file. It's for use within the Wordfast translation software.

I'll be straight up: I have no clue how to do this myself, and would be extremely grateful if somebody could help me in some way!

All feedback appreciated.
