Macro for Saving to Two Locations

I have run the Macro for Saving to Two Locations successfully..however,
everytime I exit out of Word and go back in, the Macro addition to the
toolbar is gone...the macro is still there, but I have to to go into
Customize, and then pull the Macro up to the toolbar. Is there a way to get
that to permanently remain there whenever I start Word?

Create a custom toolbar, add the macro to the toolbar and ensure that the
template in which the macro and toolbar are contained is saved. If you have
the early version of Acrobat 7, ensure that it is updated as this version
prevented normal.dot from saving.
