Macro help urgent urgent

I get every day dail list showing country name, minutes
used as per provider wise(mci,qwest etc etc). Some times
we may get new country names besides already existing. I
need to prepare a weekly report ( like country name,
minutes used, carrier ).

Qwest daily report:
colum A colum B
Germany 2340
France 4500
Italy 90

MCI daily report:
colum A colum B
Germany 1000
France 600
USA 5000
Canada 300

I want a consolidated report like this

Colum A colum b colum C
country carrier(qwest) carrier(mci)
Germany 2340 1000
France 4500 600
Italy 90 -
USA - 5000
Canada - 300
