Macro/IF functions??? HELP URGENT!!!

I'm at school, doing an Excel project on a School Geography Department
accounts for my coursework, I am a intermediate Excel user. In
worksheet, I have a list of classes, thier sizes and what year it is
e.g. class 7P, with 16 pupils, Year is 2003. I have another colum
titled "Summer?" which is the same format, containing the number o
pupils in each class coming on the Summer field trip.

To edit this information, a macro is run which displays a userfor
asking the year of the fieldtrip, e.g. 2004. The user selects a yea
from the combo box. The userform also contains the question, "Is ther
a fieldtrip". The user can press the button "Yes" or "No", whatever th
preference. The Yes button takes the user to the worksheet stated abov
to enter how many pupils in each class are going. That is fine. I wan
the No button to take the user to the same worksheet, and delete th
contents of the Summer? column (or enter an appropriate message, e.g
No Fieldtrip This Year, and fill the column in Red etc.) according t
which year the user selected on the userform.

CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

Is there another way around it?

I have attached my scaled-down project for you to look at: Project.xls

This is an urgent request as my first deadline is v. soon.

I have AOL messenger and MSN messenger if u wan't to correspond in tha
when editing my spreadsheet.

Thx again

Chris:

Try posting this on the "Programming" portion of the
Excel usergroups. I am confident that someone there will
help you.
