macro in excel that sends email from outlook

I have a macro in excel that will automatically send an e-
mail from outlook if a condition is true in excel. The
problem I have is a virus message pops up in excel asking
if I'm sure I want to automatically send the message. I
don't want this message to pop up because I will not be
around to click yes most of the time. How can I get it to
either automatically click yes or not pop up at all?

Are you sure it's excel yelling? It sounds like it might be Outlook.
