Macro Menus disappeared in Word 2007

I was using a template from a publishing house. The link is here:

The template was created in Word 2003. When I opened it in Word 2003, the
macros are created in sets of menus. One click of the desired macro will run
it. However in Word 2007, the macros can only be accessed from the "run
macro" command. The customised macro menu did not show up. Is there any
solution to this? Many thanks.

The menu should be on the Add-Ins tab.
