Macro not Available to all Users

Using Project 2007, I have written two macros for a project and attached
these to buttons on a toolbar.
The macros and buttons work fine for me but when another user opens the file
the macros and buttons are not there.
I can find nothing in the books I have that addresses the issue.

Can anyone help me.

P.S. - I tried saving the macro to the project but no matter what name I try
and give macro I get any error message indicating the name is not valid. Has
anyone seen this before and could it be related to the problem above.
