You would have to tell us some more about what you want to do.

For example, if that is all that is in the document, you would just use

ActiveDocument.Range = "The Professor=Noble Bijou"

But I am sure that is not all that you want to do.

Question if I have Several would the below
be the way to go

ActiveDocument.Range = "The Professor=Noble Bijou"
ActiveDocument.Range = "Hotspurs=Truly Vain"

No, because then all that your document will contain is the Hotspurs=Truly
Vain

You should be able to use Find/Replace for most of this.

To help get you started use: " \(*by" (without the quotes) and replace
with "="

Then it's just a matter of some minor cleanup such as removing ")",
the digits, period, etc.
