macro security

hi all

in the ‘trust center’ dialog box.

I have nominated a specific directory as a trusted location
to save a new workbook (.xlsm) with a newly recorded macro.
this location is my ‘desktop’ is that ok.

all help much appreciated and I thank all so much in advance
for all your help and time.

If you like your desktop cluttered with files I see no reason that it would
not be OK.

Have you tested?
