Macro Security

Can't run any macros from trusted sources. Get "The
macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of
your Macro security settings." Is this a security issue
or a file location problem. I uninstalled and
reinstalled Office XP but still had the same problem.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the application that added
the macros I need to use but it did not help. Any
suggestions? Please help. Thanks.
