Macro That Closes Access

Hi, I need help making a button on my switchboard that will close access. I
know I need to set the button to follow a macro but I dont know how to write
the macro. Does anyone know how to do this? I remember reading it somewhere
but i can't find where.

I am not following WHY this needs to be in a Macro but if it does then I
then we need to know what version of Access you have.

BUT - Why can't you just use the Button wizzard and choose "Quit
Application" as the ACTION from the list of "APPLICATION" list of
categories?

Chels,

The applicable action for a macro to close Access is the Quit action.
You just make a macro with the Quit action, and then assign this macro
on the Click event of the command button.
