Macro to add an attachment

I have been asked to investigate whether we could have a series of "buttons"
within a tool bar which will add certain specified files (ie: one per button)
to an already opened e-mail - but I simply do not know how to start. Within
excel it is easy - since there is the record feature and trying to transpose
my exel programming skills to this is proving difficult.

I am guessing that this is easy - so does anyone have any advice?

Thanks

The following articles on my blog describe how I generate a Word file, save it
to the file system, then create an e-mail item, and attach the file to it. You
can find the code that attaches the file to the final message, and add it to
your code. Putting your buttons on a toolbar is going to cause you more grief
that attaching the message.

If these articles are too much like heavy lifting, then you should look for an
attachment sample on www.outlook-code.com or www.slipstick.com.
