macro to change displayed excel cells in visio

I'd like to have a macro for Visio 2007 that, when double clicked on a
process shape, will change the data graphic to hide one of the currently
displayed cells from an excel sheet, and display another one. Specifically,
it will appear to change some English text into French, while leaving the
other rows untouched.

I have the Excel sheet displayed correctly in visio, I just need help on the
macro.

Can someone get me started on this?
