Macro to clear Outlook cache?

Hi,

Outlook 2002 sp2

I have an Outlook custom form which is used by tens of users. Occasionally
they run into problem of opening the form and have to clear Outlook cache to
resolve the problem. This causes frustration. So I have been asked to
provide a means (such as an Outlook button) to allow user to quickly clear
the cache without having to go through a number of menus before getting to
the Clear Cache button.

Would that be possible to have a macro of vbscript to clear Outlook cache?
