Macro to copy list of bullet points

Hi All,

I've just begun creating macros easily by using therecord
function and the keyboard. I'm trying to create a word
template.
This macro needs to copy a selected paragrapgh of bullet
points and paste it inot a specific section of the word
document. Does anyone know how I could do this (either
with or without writing VBA code)?
