Macro to Create / Delete Table Relationships

basis. Since the information we are pulling is so
extensive, the update tables macro runs much faster when we
have deleted the major relationships between the tables. Is
it possible to assign another macro that will delete the
relationships we won't and one more to restore those same
relationships after updating?
