Macro to Paste Unformatted Text Into Excel

Does anyone know how to create a macro that will paste unformatted text into
Excel?

plain 'ole "Paste Values" has always worked fine for me..............
put it on a button up in my toolbar. if you customize your toolbar,
you'll find it listed under "edit". there's a "12" on the button.

Set the record macro on, go through the paste sequence, stop the
recording, and use the recorded macro. Edit as necessary.
