Macro to print and reset form..

Hi: I have a document template (.dot) that I use to create a fill-in
and print form. I don't save the document.

Once I am done filling in the fields, I'd like to be able to print and
then reset the fields using a single button rather than printing the
document manually and then unlocking/locking the form to clear the
fields.

Can anyone help??
