Hi
At work I have to use Outlook 2003 (yikes!) I have my own email account butalso a group account. What I would like to achieve is to have a rule thatwould move incoming mail to the secondary account with specified word/s inthe subject to specified folder in the account.
When I create the rule it comes up as 'client-only' and will only run if i manually apply it.
I thought a way around it would be to create a macro that would run the rule. But as there is no record button I am stumped as I have little Visual Basic knowledge.
Is this a solution to my problem or do you have a suggestion? If it is a macro, does anyone have a script that i can cut, paste and edit?
Many thanks
Deb
