Macro to save data to database without user intervention

I have a SS I wish to post on the web. It contains
automated price comparison data entry, calculations and
resuts which I wish to capture within an XL database (used
Template Wizard).

HOWEVER - am having a bear of a time creating a macro
which either:

a) commits the data to my database without saving the
file, or

b) saves the file as the company name entered in a cell,
without user input, or

c) allows save and automatically overwrites an existing
file without user intervention.

My objective is to smply get the data array into the
database. Help is greatly appreciated!!
