Macro to send mail from outlook based on Filewatcher

Hello,

I have a requirement that, I need to send a mail through Outlook 2003,
after watching for the file. The content of the mail shoul be content of the
file it watched. and Delete that watch file. I greatly appreciate anyone who
can give me a timely help.
