macro to unlock and copy form... for dummies please

Hi, I need help to create a macro to unlock and copy all from a Word 2002
form. I am a novice at creating macros, but the staff I am training are not
able to manage unlocking the form themselves so I need some way to automate
the process. Any advice is appreciated!

start - although I'm not sure I'd classify it as "for dummies". However,
