MACRO TO UNLOCK/LOCK A FOLDER

I keep my personal files received from a few special senders to a folder by
"rules and alerts" way. Such a folder is usually locked under a password.
However, when I launch the Outlook, the problem I face is that if an email is
received from such a sender while the outlook was off is not able to be moved
to the folder unless the same is unlocked and the rule turns off, with the
message remaining in the inbox!

Could someone help me out in devising a code so that:
1. When the outlook launches, the password requiring popup box for folder
"Personal" doesnot show up, but it rather automatically unlocks;
2. The rule "Mine" activates and moves all such specific emails to the
"Personal" folder;
3. The folder "Personal" is re-locked with the same password, i.e.
"DROWSSAP" ("PASSWORD" reversed);

Furthermore, if I launch the outlook without inserting password in the popup
at start, when I click the "Personal" folder, I find the message box "The set
of folders cannot be opened. The server is not available. Contact your admin
if this condition persists". How can unlock such a folder?

So if it all goes automatically and all the data is stored locally on your
computer; what's the use of setting a password?

Just lock your computer when you are away or logoff. For the remainder of
the day you are behind your computer so why lock yourself out of your own
data?

I looked into it already and there is no difference in doing this for just 1
message, a select few or all so the answer is still valid.

It is an office computer and is sometimes shared as well!
However if you can't devise such a code, its OK!

It's not possible to device such a code as the OOM doesn't support it.

Well if such a code could never have been devised you should have said so
earlier instead of wasting time. Better be on your road!

Solutions do not always have to be technical. While you may reach a
technical limitation, often the real issue is actually within the working
process itself.
