Macro Warning, But No Macros!

Running Excel 2003 SP1 on a Windows 2000 Server machine.

I have an old spreadsheet that when I open it, I get the macro warning:
"Macros are disabled because the security level is set to High and a
digitally signed Trusted Certificate is not attached to the macros. To run
the macros, change the security level to a lower setting (not recommended),
or request the macros be signed by the author using a certificate issued by
a Certificate Authority."

When I go to look for any macros in the workbook (ALT-F8), the list is
blank. Where else could there be a macro that would trigger this warning?

More than likely this workbook has one or more empty modules in the visual
basic editor (alt+f11).
You need to delete them.
