Macro Warning on MS PRoject Server Pro 2003

I get a dialog box warning me about macros when I open the application
and connect to the server. I get the same warning when I open the
Enterpise global. The first message references a file in folder "1033"
on my C drive; the second references a file whose path is
indicipherable (I assume it is on the server) with the file name
global20060628095646.

Any suggestions?

It modifies nivel of security for macros in project professional, low.
Menu tools=> Macro => Security.
