Macro workaround to replace text with hyperlink?

I edit review articles for a website that sells books.

I would like to be able to have a quick method of hyperlinking all instances of one of our book titles to the appropriate pages on the website.
Ideally, I want to be able to open a file, click a few buttons, and voila! all the book titles would be links.

Since we don't have macros, I've been trying to do this through Autocorrect.
Autocorrect can replace text with hyperlinks, but right now all I can do with it is replace the book title with the website address :(. I want the book title to stay, but become a link.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

OK, I have got AutoCorrect to automatically substitute the book title with the link just fine but I wonder if I can...

1) Get it to AutoCorrect the whole document at once, instead of waiting until I type each instance of the titles.

2) Export AutoCorrect entries to other 2008 users on both Mac and PC.
