Macro

Hi all!

I would like to begin using macros to make my work easier
and faster. My boss is forever having me to format a
letter, re-format, re-re-format.... All this to say that
by the time I'm finished, I've look over my doc and all
seems good, until the letter is gone in the mail and then
I notice that spaces were lost between paragraphs from the
playing around with it so much. My question?: Could a
macro do a recheck of the whole document and correct
that. Is that possible, if yes, can someone help me? If
not possible, is there any other solution?

Thanking you all!
L.

Maybe macros are not what you need...

Do you use styles efficiently?

Hi Linda

Macros are not really the solution for this particular problem. What you
need to do is understand templates and styles, so that you can apply
formattign consistently every time and not have to go back and check.

These articles will help you.

hello J-Guy,

Not really for the styles (ma bête noire!). So I guess
that would be the solution. Will give it a try.

Thanks!!
