Macro that sends an alert e-mail
Hello, I have a query that filters yes/no for completion. If the activity
has not completed (no) then I must send out an e-mail for that particular
record. I successfully have created a macro that sends the email for the
entire table filered to no. But what I really need is to send out each
individual record separately. Reason being is that each record has different
completion due dates, ie., if it has 10 days left or 1 day left to complete.
The e-mail is pretty much to alert the customer that they have 1 day left to
complete the activity. Will a macro do this automatically? Thank you Yvonne
