macrobutton word 2003

I am trying to use a Macrobutton, but I dont understand how/where to enter
the { MACROBUTTON NoMacro [Click here and type name] } code?

Directly in the dcument where you want prompt to appear. First enter
the field code braces { } using CTRL+F9 then enter the text, right
click, toggle field code.

First thing is you can't type the braces {}. See
