Macroes

When I want to use a macro in a file I click on tools and then macro and
select maco. 5 macroes show up that I had previously prepared. How do I
delete the ones that are no longer needed? The delete button is there but
does not work.

What do you mean does not work, nothing happens when you press it?
Press Alt + F11, in the project pane to the left find your workbook and open
the module(s) by double clicking, now you can just highlight and delete and
if they have their own modules you can right click and select remove and
when prompted about exporting say no

Of course, since you're on a Mac, use Opt rather than Alt, Ctrl-click if
you don't have a two-button mouse (choose "Remove", rather than
"Delete"), and don't worry about being asked to export your module - you
won't be.
