"macros are disabled in this project..."

I have a user who is replying to an email message, and gets this warning each
time she clicks the reply button. I've set the security settings to low,
both in the message, and in the application, but the message keeps popping
up. Can someone suggest how to enable this please?

Using Outlook (Office) 2003 on Windows XP Pro/sp2.

The message is most likely coming from Word VBA, not Outlook. Change the settings there or find out what template is trying to run code and remove it.
