Macros Disabled?

I get a "Microsoft Visual Basic" - "The macros in this project are
disabled." whenever I open Microsoft Word 2003. It then goes on to say that
I should look in the help, but in the damned help file there is nothing
about it. It does this everytime I close and open the stupid program.
Anybody know what to do? It really would be appreciated. (My friend gets the
same in Word XP).

Tools -> Options -> Security Tab -> Macro Security Button
The default is Very High, if you drop it to High it will prompt each time
you load a file that contains macros; anything lower can be a risk unless
you know all your files are 100% safe (including those received by email!).
