Macros error box

Whenever I close outlook or other Microsoft programs I
get the following error.
"Microsoft Visual Basic
"the mactos in this project ar diabled refer to the
online help or documentation of the host application to
determine how to enable macros"

I don't use macros and have never set any up with any
program how do I get this pop up box to go away?
