Macros Error message, "Not available on this machine"

We have an office share drive and have templates that use macros. I have a
new computer and when I pull up the template and click enable macros, I get
this error message, "Could not load object because it is not available on
this machine".
Any advise?

It is possible that vba was not installed on the new computer. Try
installing it as a custom install in the Add/Remove Software Control Panel.
