Macros error when upgrade

I have never used Visio before & have some users who have created visio files in the version 5.0 and are now using 2002 and are getting a message each time they open the files stating that the file contains Macros & offers an option to Enable/Disable. If enabled the file opens but the message is an annoyance & saving the file from the new version does not seem to remove the problem. I am guessing this is a vb problem. Any suggestions?

Change your Security level to match your degree of comfort. Setting it to
Low gets rid of all prompts, but opens you up to the *possibility* of
harmful macros. If you're in a secure computing environment and can trust
your macros, a setting of Low may be aceptable to you. Otherwise Medium
tends to be the most common, and it warns about macro use.
