In word 2002 outline view, How do I create a macro to work
show level 1 or show level 2 using keyboard shortcuts
instead of the toolbar? thanks.

Hi,

Tools | Customize, Keyboard, All Commands has them listed as ShowHeading1
etc. You won't need to create a macro at all.

You might find other functions that help you out if you just play around in
those dialogs for a bit.

Hi, feagin,

You don't need a macro. As it comes out of the box, Word has the shortcuts
Alt+Shift+1, Alt+Shift+2, etc. assigned to the ShowHeading1, ShowHeading2,
etc. commands.
